My 22 month old has recently starting screaming in his sleep he sleeps with us so this is getting pretty frustrating I don't think he's awake, I also caught him sleep walking the other day doing the same thing and when I touched him to pick him up I scared him and he stopped but nothing stops it at night I've tried holding him or waking him up but a few minutes later he does it again. He will also walk around throughout the day screaming and fussing for no reason I have twins also so this is starting to get tiresome bc he wakes them then they cry too please if anyone has any ideas what this is please help I'm so sleep deprived right now.
