Has anyone else been allowed to request to be induced at 37-38 weeks?

A bit of background- I am consultant led for hypothyroidism, I have had 4 episodes of reduced movement since 25 weeks, I had bleeding at 6 weeks, 10 weeks and spotting again at 34+5 weeks (last weekend), I have an anterior placenta, SPD/PGP (depending what you know it as) and baby was measuring nearly 3 weeks ahead at the growth scan last week.

I am so scared because of the reduced movement episodes I’ve had and also if baby was measuring just under 37 weeks at 34 weeks pregnant, I’m scared he will be too big at full term and they will need to do an emergency C section (having an anterior placenta, increased the risk of bleeding and needing a blood transfusion).

I have another scan on Monday at 36 weeks and an appointment with my consultant afterwards.

I just want to know if anyone has been successful in requesting an early induction due to the concerns above?
