Not sure if this is the right group for this question bc there’s a lot variables at play, but a lot of confusion stems from my OPK results this cycle, so I’m starting here.

I always had a clockwork cycle until depo (last shot was July 2018). My cycle came back normally in December 2018 (so I thought). I bled 12/20-12/24 .. took a pregnancy test 1/7 due to having symptoms exactly like my first and it was positive. I had spotting around that time, attributed it to implantation, but it was a chemical pregnancy and I bled heavily 1/10-1/13.

I bought an opk because we wanted to actively try to conceive #2. I started testing when bleeding stopped. I got my first + Saturday (test line same as control) and another + Sunday AM (test line darker than control) and a negative Sunday PM. I also had ovulation pains over the weekend. I haven’t started temping, so can’t confirm, but believe I ovulated Sunday between OPK, CM, and physical symptoms. Now Monday, the very next day after I thought ovulation occurred, I was crampy and had bloody EWCM, which turned to pink/orange spotting throughout the day and then turned to heavy bleeding Monday night. Yesterday, the bleeding was probably the heaviest I’ve ever had in my life and I often have heavy periods - (TMI alert) I was soaking thru super tampons in like an hour, passing HUGE clots every time I went to the bathroom and there were times where the blood was just literally pouring out of me.. also having on/off cramping, but pain is not severe.

Sooo... I’m beyond confused and not sure if I should be worrying or if this is just a result of my hormones being so outta whack coming off depo and then the chemical. At first, I thought it was ovulation spotting but then I started having heavy bleeding/clots. I read that you can have a period around this time if you do not ovulate? Although, I truly feel like my body is ovulating again - it did last cycle with the chemical and then with the OPK, CM, physical symptoms, I believe I did this cycle as well? I’ve always had heavy periods, but never had mid cycle bleeding and certainly not like this. I feel like everything I’ve tried looking up/read online doesn’t fit what I’m experiencing. Thoughts?
