Exhausted But Determined!

I did have a “PEAK” OPK the morning of 1/21 so it altered my calendar. Can I take a break from BD tonight & try tomorrow??? Obviously I don’t want to miss my chance but I know my husband could take a break too! Doesn’t doing it EVERY day hurt sperm?!
