Anyone else have diastasis recti?

Slowly working to close the gap in my abdomen after giving birth 7 months ago. The gap makes me look like I’m six months pregnant... it’s very depressing. I had a four finger abdomen gap and now it’s about one finger width. Progress

I think I do too. What exercises were you doing? I carried really high and feel like I still look 5 months preggo. Someone actually asked me if I was expecting again!

I was told I had a small one. I did exercises to close it but I have no idea if it's closed or not. My stomach always sticks out & looks bloated so I'm afraid I still have a gap. How did you close yours??

I had a small one. Before my maternity leave ended I was really good about doing exercises to close it,  but now I can’t seem to find the time. I think it was mostly closed by that time. What exercises did you do? I see such a difference in your photos, great job!
