With my first LO I got the flu shot at 10w pregnant, I don’t plan on getting it this time due to the fact that it made me get extremely sick. Is it really necessary?

I've never gotten it & definitely would never get it while pregnant. Never had the flu either. I keep my immune system strong with healthy food & vitamins.

Never got it when I was pregnant never even came across my mind  to be honest my doctors never brought it up so I never thought much of it

I didn't get the flu shot with my pregnancy and was fine. But everyone's different. Also the vaccine doesn't protect against all strains... maybe talk to ur doc more and see what they recommend? Good luck!

I didn't get the flu shot while pregnant last year because it wasn't very effective. If I were pregnant now I might consider it. I got the flu this year and would never have been able to handle that while pregnant! It was horrible..
