Possible To Get Pregnant The Day After Your Period?

Question

Didn't have a period for 3 months
Then it showed up no symptoms or anything that it was coming
I'm a heavy bleeder(bled through my pads heavy)
Wasn't as heavy(not normal for me)
Lasted 5 days
My fiance and I had sex the day after my period
My boobs have been sore, have killer heartburn and nausea every morning
Took a couple tests last week and they were negative
Could I be pregnant and I'm just not far along to receive a positive?

Yup. I had my normal period 4/26-5/1 had sex the night of 5/1 & 5/2 and then I didn't have sex for almost a month baby is measuring consistently with conception being 5/7 (since I know I didn't have sex that day my baby was conceived from the sex of 5/1 or 5/2 (sperm live up to 5 days after ejaculation)
My fertile window according to the app would have been 5/14-20 so yeah I got pregnant from the sex immediately following my period because that's when my body apparently ovulated.

Very unlikely and you should be able to have a positive pregnacy test 2 weeks after ovulation. If you think you might have gotten pregnant right after your period you should count that as ovulation.

Even if you ovulated early you wouldn't have been pregnant right after having sex. It takes days for pregnancy to occur then more time for enough HCG to build up for a test to detect and then it takes a couple of weeks for actual pregnancy symptoms to occur. You did however have sex during your fertile week and you could get pregnant from that. You tested way too early. Wait until your period is late to test.
