What are you all doing?
Me again, I seem to post about this quite often but it’s bothering me so much and really makes me upset and jealous.
My 15 month old will not stand unassisted or walk. If you try and make him stand when holding him, he’ll bend his whole body, put his arms above his head and bring his legs up. If we try and encourage him to walk he’ll drop straight to the floor or it’s the same process as trying to stand.
I’ve tried toys, food, remotes, phones, encouragement, a pushing walker (uses his knees instead), other family members and nothing. He can cruise furniture perfectly, pull himself up, climb on the sofas, climb the stairs all perfectly. I have no idea.
I really feel like he’s never going to walk.
What have all your mummy’s been doing to help your child walk?
Note to add: please don’t say it’ll happen when they’re ready or my child didn’t walk until 18 months blah blah, I’ve heard it all. I simply want some tips. I feel he’s ready because recently when he’s crawling about he puts his arms up to be picked up to go places, I think he’s getting fed up of crawling. Once he’s where we wants to be he wants to get back down...
Please help xx
