TTC #2 with irregular periods. Need answers+

So I know it's best to speak to doctors about this but I feel like mine isn't doing much. So anyways, I've had the Mirena for 3 years, had regular check ups on it and thy always said everything looked good. I got it removed June 3rd 2014 to TTC. well I started having AF every week so I went to Dr and they said I had a build up so prescribed me Provera to cleanse it out. Then prescribed me it again for 3 months to regulate my AF. my last month on Provera was March 2015, I believe, I had AF In April 2015. Didn't have it again until august 2015. I use the Ovia app. We have been actively trying every other day since that AF, problem is, idk my cycle length so I have no idea when I'm ovulating or if I even am. I mean we've had sex every other to every 3 days for months straight and nothing. I just recently started checking CP and CM. and for like a week now it has been high and firm and thin, lotion like consistency. And for the last week my beasts have been hurting, having acid reflux every day, got stuff nose a few days ago and have noticed my brain feels all out of wack lol. My fiance thinks I'm imagining all of this bc I want it to be true... but the breast pain and acid reflux is no joke, no way I could be putting that in my head. Got a BFN yesterday. And have been using ovulation kit every other day for about 2 weeks now. Always reads low.
