How hedonistic are you?

Did a Spanish term paper on hedonism and utilitarianism. Came to conclusion that sometimes the hedonist needs to be selfish for self accomplishments, healthy social economic reasons, and even to ensure ones true happiness. If too much damage is done from one's choices, the latter choice would most likely price the best outcome for everyone involved. I know its like blah, blah, Literature but propose it's perceived in the aspect of pleasure (sexually satisfying your partner and vise versa)! What works best for you?
