Is my future over?

I got three C’s for my first semester of my sophomore year...I’m doing better now but I’ve never gotten C’s before... Does this mean I can’t go to a good college?

it’s not a huge deal, your gpa just won’t be as high as you probably wanted it to be. i got two c’s my sophomore year and i’m still graduating in the top 20% of my class this year. i just recommend trying not to get anything lower than like a b from now on if you want to keep your gpa above a 3.0 and get into a good college. i’m definitely not an expert though and this would probably be something to talk to your guidance counselor about.

just dont get lower than C’s. advice is take some ap courses in the next few years to raise ur overall gpa back up. get tutoring if you need help and never underestimate extra credit and for the love of god turn in your assignments if theyre late. getting a 50% on an assignment is better and easier to recover from than a 0%.
