This Sucks!
I wanted to stay as active as possible throughout my pregnancy because it’s very beneficial, but as soon as I hit around 32 weeks I developed SPD. I was hitting the gym doing lots of lower body exercises and cardio, but now I can’t really do anything because even just walking hurts 😣 I can’t wait to get back into it after postpartum!
