Horrific cramps after sex??
Has anyone else experienced extremely bad cramps a little during and a whole lot afterwards?? The last day or so I have experienced really bad cramps after IC and was wondering what it could be from. The feeling was horrible. Felt like I had to pee and poop and my thighs and lower abs were sore?? Anyone else experience this??
