Only 4 weeks. Found out 2 days ago. Already throwing up.

Every single time I take a prenatal pill I gag and throw it up. Anyone have any tips? I feel horrible all day because the smells get me! It’s so much earlier than with my son! I wasn’t sick until around 8 weeks with him.
