Sorry if I posted this in the wrong place. Not really sure where to ask..

With my first child (I was 20/21) my cervix was never checked until 20 weeks, by 22 weeks I was admitted to the hospital until I gave birth. I gave birth at 27 weeks. My son was in the NICU for 5 1/2 months and we almost lost him multiple times.

I am highly stressed and afraid of having to go through all of that again...

My obgyn said that before 20 weeks I can get a cervical cerclage and I could last till 33 weeks then deliver, but I want to hear some stories.

Not to mention since I had my first through emergency c-section is there any way to have a vbac?

Would love to hear some advice and stories.
