25, 2nd pregnancy 1st miscarriage

So I'm 25, I've had my first miscarriage, 2nd pregnancy. I was hospitalized, needed two units of blood because I was bleeding out. I fell and hit my head and knocked myself out and got a concussion. They had to remove the placenta from being stuck in my cervix cuz that was what was causing me to bleed still. After that it slowed down quite a bit to a medium flow period and not soaking a pad in 5 mins.
