I work in a back room as a stocker, now I get u-boats that have boxes all different shapes sizes and weights.. I asked for leave of work because lately I been going in at 11 a.m, and not coming home til 12 at night and my job doesn’t do maternity leave unless being there for 6 months.. my dr only gave me a note saying I can’t lift more then 25 pounds .. but I don’t really have a choice when boxes are stuffed on Unitas and sent to the floor my manager not gonna sit there and dig through boxes just to find me something under 25 pounds what should I do & does this mean I won’t be getting no leave at all? Being my dr won’t write me a note..sometimes I come home and my feet are purple my back aches and lately my legs have become numb.
