What do implantation cramps feel like?

I was hesitant on testing because I was so sure I hadn't conceived! It felt exactly like period pains for the first couple weeks (before the bfp) and happened on/off throughout the pregnancy. You think you're skipping your period, you're not skipping the cramps lol

Mine felt completely different. Lots of quick sharp pains in the left side and middle, I usually just have a bloated pressure feeling before my period.
