Paragard inserted
I got my paragard yesterday... most horrific experience but I'm glad i did it. I'm not currently on my period, but i am bleeding a bit from the insertion and the cramps.. oh lordy.. when did your cramps subside from the insertion?
I'm about to be that woman that brings her heating pad into work because pain meds are not even helping.
