So i was offered a job to drive school bus, and im obviously going to talk to my doctor about this too while driving is not an issue when your pregnant im more concerned about the physical dexterity test that i completely forgot about. I have to do this test where i have to drag a 125lbs the length of a school bus and be able to jump down from the emergency exit door of a school bus, i know why they do these tests and its to ensure the driver is physically able to save children in case of an emergency while on the bus. I know i can physically handle doing these things but im a bit nervous about being pregnant and doing this test. Im looking for advice do i talk to my doctor to get it cleared or just decline the job offer. Its a tough decision only because this job pays very well and it fits my schedule for my kids and i can also bring my children to work with me saving time dropping them off at school.
