Suddenly a UTI?! Is nuvaring evil?!?!

Question

I never get sick, (there was a time in my life when I should have had parking reserved for me at my hospital but that's behind me!) super super healthy now, my diet is on point! I drink nothing but water and teas, eat only clean food.....

Suddenly though my boyfriend and I decided BC would be an amazing idea... Nuva ring seemed to be the best option!
About two weeks later..
OWWWEWWWWWWEEEEEE OW!!!
Jesus ow!!!!!!!!! Lord in heaven ow!!!!!!!! 
UTI nightmare! My first one ever????

My only suspects is this new bath bomb (perfumes maybe)
Or the nuvaring?!

Is it common to get this?! Because I can't deal with this!

Also any tips on ridding myself of this UTI is welcome! Very anti doctor, very anti medication, so any tips are welcome :)

I Got Hella Uti's And Yeast When I Was On The Nuva Ring . I Got Off . I Still Get Them , But Its Mainly Because Of Soaps & Shit Now .

I highly doubt that the nuvaring caused your uti. But there are many things that could have. Cranberry juice, the real stuff not cocktail, can help clean your urinary system. Even though you are anti medicine, id highly suggest going to an urgent care and getting an antibiotic. Because if it goes untreated and the juice doesn't work it can become a much bigger problem. And the antibiotic is only for a couple days. (Im a nurse)

You should always pee after sex to rid your urethra of bacteria

I would say lots of water, cranberry juice and yogurt if you are very against going to a doctor although I would still suggest going because utis can become serious if not treated.

I saw on Tumblr from a Lush employee (a company famous for their bath bombs) that the heavily perfumes bath bombs or the ones with glitter can be a culprit for UTIs. I would suggest googling a more "urethra friendly" bath bomb

You need to go to a doctor and get meds for it. Otherwise it can spread to your kidneys. Utis are nothing to play with
