Cervical cerclage??

Question

Anyone have a cerclage put in? First time pregnancy, have a shortened cervix due to previous LEEP procedure. Going in tomorrow to have cerclage put in at 14 weeks 1 day. 
How were your experiences ? Did you go full term after having the cerclage put in?

I had one put in at 23 weeks, I’m 28 weeks now and still pregnant! I’m also on progesterone shots too...I did a lot of research and asking around before getting it done heard tons of good things and girls going full term who had them done! It was quite a bit more painful than I expected but I’m a baby so 😬

Im in the same situation, FTM and shortened cervix due to LEEP. I had my cerclage put in today, and I am on bed rest for a couple days, then returning to normal activity. I am also using progesterone suppositories. Hoping for successful outcomes for us both!

Following. I also had a leep procedure and before that two preterm births. They're going to measure me next Tuesday to see if I need a cerclage...
