12wks uterus growing pains?

I’m 12 weeks and on the opposite side of where my baby is I am having I guess what are uterus growing pains....I don’t remember having this with my daughter but it’s quite painful.  Is anyone else experiencing this? I’m guessing it’s normal?

Yes its completely normal. I call them growing pains too. It feels just like my period is coming on they’re so strong sometimes. I’m expecting twins so I’ve been getting this cramping since the very beginning - before my BFP even. But what helps a lot is drinking more fluids and staying hydrated. If you don’t do that, the cramping and pain gets worse. Mine used to get really bad at bedtime. Just make sure you stay hydrated and you should see a noticeable difference. If you don’t, then it could be pains unrelated to your uterus like constipation, gas, etc.
