I’m currently 26 weeks and 1 days. At 22 weeks and 5 days, my water broke since then I’ve been admitted into this hospital. Thankfully my water has come back and I’m not longer leaking. The doctors here have done ultrasounds to confirm the leakage has stopped and also the swab test and everything came back great. But they want to do a procedure that’s called amniocentesis. Amniocentesis is a dye test in which they put a needle in your belly. Before they put the needle they do an ultrasound make sure that baby isn’t in the area that they want to put the needle at, and once they find the spot, they put the needle and insert a blue dye. Once the procedure is done they put a tampon in your vagina and if it turns blue, that means I’m completely ruptured and if it doesn’t it means it has stopped and closed. (Which is a great sign) .

The reason I’m writing all of this is because I wanted to see if any of you have done this and if everything came out to be okay? I’m very nervous to do this. And I honestly would like some advice..
