Anyone opt out of all testing?

With my first I opted out of all optional testing for my child.
I have done so again this time.
Just wondering if I'm the only one?

I know the OP didn’t say this, but I’ve already seen it in several comments and I find the implication rude: just because someone opts for genetic testing doesn’t mean they love their baby any less. 
Some genetic issues are both invisible and life-threatening if you’re not aware of them (hemophilia).  Some genetic issues require lifestyle changes and major preparation (cystic fibrosis). Those who test may just want to prepare in advance. I’m willing to be more stressed through my pregnancy if it means being more prepared.

I was just going to write this! We are opting out because if the test comes back showing abnormalities or Down syndrome it won’t change anything for me but will just cause extreme anxiety my whole pregnancy. Doctors really seem to be pushing it though.

I had all the testing done, and was given gender and negative results. I painted the room pink, bought outfits, bragged to the world. However, they missed one huge part in my daughter’s screening... she was missing a significant piece of her heart. An abnormally incompatible with life. We did not know until 5 min before being discharged home. You may think you are prepared to handle that but believe me you are not. So damn right I am doing all the testing again, and this time with a level 2 ultrasound. I loved my baby. I loved her so damn much, but had I known this ahead of time... things would have been different. So you don’t want to find out? That’s your right and no one can take that from you. But damn right I WILL 💔💔💔

Testing isn’t there for you to decide if you want the baby or not. You test to see if in case there’s something wrong, you can do anything to help. Babies with Down syndrome have very common heart problems after birth and other issues, some hospitals don’t have right equipment and staff in case of emergency. Some babies have conditions and have to be operated straight out of the womb, the doctors can be prepared for the operation, have specialists by their side, save time and possibly the life of your child. If you know you can prepare, choose good hospital with good specialists. It’s there to make your baby safer not unwanted.

I’m opting out of all testing and this is my first! The only thing I’m going to get is the ultrasound at 20 weeks which is the only thing my midwives really recommended knowing that I didn’t want anything throughout the pregnancy. I think if you’re gonna keep the baby no matter what the tests aren’t worth it. They just cause worry and anxiety! At least I know they would for my anyway.

I opted out for all 3 pregnancies. I will love my baby no matter what and don’t need added stress by the possibility of false results.

I did it just for the gender part. I really wasn't worried about it coming back with anything and I also knew no matter what I'd have the baby. We got it back this week and all was good and now we know we're having a girl!! I've already bought some clothes. Lol!

I did prior to my last child but with me close to 30 i am chosing to do it. It can only be beneficial so why not
