Miscarriage? Or Chemical Pregnancy?

I’m confused. Is a chemical pregnancy && a miscarriage the same thing?? I keep reading that a chemical pregnancy is for VERY early on....I could not have been more than 4 weeks when I lost my little one (1/15/19). Is this considered a chemical pregnancy or a miscarriage?

A chemical pregnancy IS a miscarriage.

If you received a positive pregnancy test and ended up losing it, it is still super devastating. I was 5 weeks for my first, and 4 for this loss. I got multiple positives for each, and I was able to get them confirmed with blood tests that I was in fact pregnant. The first I even got to see my little bean. Not many people will understand, but I am truly sorry for your loss.

A chemical is a misscariage that happens before 5 weeks I believe. I had mine at 4 weeks I got the positive EPT and confirmed with blood then my period started right on schedule 😑.
