11 weeks and these palpitations have been happening for a week or so now usually in the morning and at night...

My heart feels like it’s fluttering in my chest and throat and it’s making me panic which doesn’t help... I hate this feeling 😭

I listened to my heart and when I feel the fluttering I have an extra beat in my heartbeat but it feels like my heart jumps or stops for a split second
