Help please girls!

Yeast infections.

I’m 10 weeks pregnant and I think I may have a yeast infection. I’ve never had one before but I have the symptoms. I haven’t seen my midwife yet and their office is closed today. What can I take that is safe for pregnancy? I’m getting so many mixed messages on the internet.
