Not your usual mucous plug question (TMI)

I'm 40+1 weeks today, and I'm scheduled to be induced tomorrow. However, the last 2 days I've had consistent mucous discharge. It was just one time, but every time I wipe there is some clear, thick mucous. This had been 2 days straight!  I've heard of losing your mucous plug in one wipe, but haven't hear of losing it over a couple days. Has this happened to anyone else?
