Hi everyone!! I am only 19 and I need a lot of advice on how to loose weight. I need to loose about 90 lbs!! I started gaining all this weight since I was in my sophomore year, I’d eat away my depression. And I still do, up to this very day. Is there a diet , or just excersize ? Please anything is helpful. I really was going to start this in January , and then I ended up saying I’d do this on Friday and then I kept procrastinating.
So i hope , I start in February. Anything is very helpful ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
