Elevated level

I’m eleven weeks and four days pregnant. Got blood results back from glucose test and urine test. I have elevated levels of urine enzymes and glucose. They aren’t shaving me go back for bloodwork but do want me to see a nutritionist and start on a diabetic diet. I also have to see a cardiologist and get an EKG to make sure everything is ok (I think I might have had Hugh blood pressure when I went to doctor). Has anyone else had this? Good outcomes?
