This is why I'm afraid to fall in love  again because shit like this hurts Soo much :( when you give your all to a person and at the end they tell you they don't feel the same anymore and they move on and you .. well you just end up alone and with a heart broken .. x

Honestly, time. Time is the only thing that gets you past the shit in the past. I was madly in love with my first real boyfriend. We dated on and off for almost 10 years, had a kid together (that he let my husband adopt), and had been through a lot of good and bad situations together. He was a cheater. He put me in a lot of fucked up situations and I still loved him. But time was what got me over him. Time and maturity. Every scar fades. It might feel like someone is stepping on your heart now but 5 years from now you’ll look back and probably wonder why you ever loved him in the first place.
