I would still take it. My ex boyfriend had an issue with me being on birth control. He was concerned about the hormones and how it would affect my personality. After a bit of back and forth discussion and an attempt to educate him on the matter I had a sit down talk with him and told him I understand where you’re coming from, I understand you’re against me being on birth control, but at the end of the day it’s my body and I can decide what I do and don’t want to put in it, and it’s my decision to use birth control. I hope you can respect that. He respected what I said and I never heard about it again 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’ve been on the nuvaring ever since
