So in September my soon to be ex husband attacked me in front of our then 14 month old son. It has been a long drawn out process with court for the domestic violence case and the divorce filed 10/11/18 still in discovery phase. We have a no contact order against him for me and my son til September of this year. Also he told his girlfriend he has custody of our son but just doesn’t want her to meet him yet haha. The things you hear through the grapevine. Anyways my attorney contacted his attorney before Christmas and said if your client or his family has any Christmas for the little boy you can drop it off at my office. His attorney laughed and said no money or gifts til we win custody. Well on December 18th my sons dad got arrested for felony burglary. He is sitting in jail until his jury trial in March. Our divorce is staled at this point worse than ever. But they just issued a bench warrant today for no contact order violation. He called my three times trying to figure out when I’m working and I filed a police report took them 4 days to get the proof which is ok. My son is happy healthy and blossoming with out his father in the picture. I pray more women break the silence for their sake and the sake of their babies. Rocking the single mama thing and loving it
