Baby rolling in bed, is it safe?

So my almost 7 month old has started to roll over in her sleep to sleep on her tummy. I’m not really comfortable with this. Is this safe for her? I’m a first time mum. I have started using a safety sleep but this is making her sleep even worse then normal! She sleeps in a sleeping sack thing so is it safe to just let her roll about in her sleep now?

Check out the Red Nose Foundation for tips on safe sleep. In a sleep sack bub should have arms out so they can roll themselves back. All the other recommendations should still be in place, like no toys/bumpers/additional blankets.

Yes, of course, it's safe. She's rolling there on her own. My daughter has been rolling over and sleeping on her belly since she was 3 or 4 months old. By 7 months, your child should have zero issues with rolling or sleeping on her belly. Also, I had to Google what the hell a Safe T Sleep is and I have no idea why you're using that. It secures them to the bed so they can't move? Why? I don't understand that at all. Your child needs to be able to move freely around her crib. There's nothing wrong with that. It's all a normal part of her development.
