Back and Hip pain
I’m 33 weeks and sleeping has become extremely difficult. I think I pulled my back, or it’s just extremely sore because I’m carrying extra weight, but during the day it’s hard to put pressure on my left side. At night when sleeping on my sides my hips hurt and it keeps me up most of the night. It’s hard to flip over because I’m getting larger but the back pain makes it almost impossible. Stretching helps during the day, but at night it’s like it resets it’s self back to being painful! Anyone experiencing any of this, or have any helpful tips?
