Headache help

I have had a pounding headache for 2 days now. I’ve tried everything natural without taking medicine and have had no luck. Please tell me what’s approved to take for a headache? 14 weeks.

Have you switched the prenatals? I had a headache for three weeks and then my doctor told me I had an MTHFR gene mutation. The prenatals that I had been taking actually CAUSED a folate deficiency although it had folic acid.
