Tooth erupted 16 weeks

Any other October babies teething? My baby is actually a September baby (born the 29th). He started eating his fist @2 months and for the past 4 weeks has been drooling like crazy. I looked in his mouth the other day (16 weeks) and was surprised to see teeth!
