Gift card amount!?

So my friend at work also works at a shoe store and has gotten me a pair of boots and my daughter a pair of boots with her discount (half price!!) I did pay for them. But it’s so nice of her and she even brought them to me. I want to get her and her fiancé a coffee gift card. How much is ok? 10 or 20? I thought I could do either 5 each or 10 each. Thanks!

It’s super sweet of you to even think about doing something for her. If you really wanted to I think the $10 would be enough. Since she works at both places, the biggest thing she really did was the favor of letting you use her discount. I’m not trying to sound negative, I just don’t think you should spend much on a thank you for this situation.
