A couple nights now I have woken up and my underwear is kind of damp. Sometimes I need to pee immediately and other times I will go to the bathroom and the crotch part of my underwear feels damp but no colour or anything.

There is sometimes discharge...

I feel like I have no control of anything down there so I’m having a hard time seeing if I should go get checked out or not.

Has anyone gone through this ?
