What’s the best birth control to get on after giving birth ? I’m really scared to get the implants because I’ve heard so many negative things And I had a kinda bad experience with the depot shot before getting pregnant I’m pregnant now An this is the only baby I plan on having for a couple years ‘ I don’t wanna use the pills an the patch an all that other stuff cause that is not accurate to help not get pregnant ‘ any suggestions? Any stories ?

If the pills, patch, and vaginal ring are used properly, then they ARE actually very effective at preventing pregnancy. So, I’m not sure why u don’t think they are...? 
That said, do u plan on breastfeeding? Because, if u do, then ur limited to progestin only methods or non hormonal methods, as those don’t affect ur milk supply. Progestin only methods include; depo shot (which I don’t recommend anyway, it’s toxic for ur body), mini pills, the arm implant, and hormonal IUDs. Non hormonal methods include; male/female condoms, a diaphragm/cervical cap, cervical sponges, and spermicides. Diaphragms/caps, sponges, and spermicides are not very effective on their own & are best used in combination with another method... for example, a cap + spermicide. 
I currently have the arm implant & overall I love it!! 🤷‍♀️

I use the ring and it honestly changed my life! I struggled for years trying to find a pill that worked for me and never did. It either made me dizzy, nauseous, gain weight, break out, depressed, crazy cravings, you name it my body went through it. With out bc my periods are very irregular so it was important I found something so my cycle could function normally. I tried the ring as a last resort type thing and it is amazing no nausea, no cravings, I can pretty much control my period, and no more breakouts!
