HELP! Morning sickness at 40 +

A few questions for my best friend

who is 45 years old and 6 weeks 4 days along.

How bad was your morning sickness? Was it just nausea or vomiting as well? When did it start and stop? Does anything help your morning sickness? I’m looking for suggestions on medication only because the tips and tricks of home remedies haven’t worked for me. Thanks in advanced!
