What does appendicitis feel like?

I just got this sharp sudden pain like right by my hip? I am 6+2 and it’s very sharp. I know I don’t have an ectopic because I had an ultrasound to make sure. Any experience?

It's not a sharp sudden pain. It will hurt and continue hurting and you'll most likely be throwing up from the infection or the pain. That's for a bursting appendix though where you need it to be removed within 24 hours. 
Its probably just a random pregnancy pain.
