Imitation crab is generally cooked, so it should not be an issue

My OB is even ok with a spicy salmon roll from clean and reputable places.  She eats at the same restaurant I like so she’s ok with it from there.  A California is definitely fine.

Only thing I would worry about is them touching raw stuff, and not cleaning, or using different knives, rolling mats, or washing hands between preparing raw fish sushi vs cooked sushi.
