16 weeks what are your symptoms?

Dizziness has started for me
Increased white discharge
Darker nipples

Very tired, stomach tightness, lightheaded, dizzy, not very hungry usually I eat big in the mornings, breast only hurt if I’m laying on them, sleep great during the day not so much at night. I’m 17 weeks

Dizziness as well.
Nauseous to only coffee. Found this out last week when I vomited for the first time ever this pregnancy! 
Headaches every few days.
Sleep crappy at night.
Vivid and weird ass dreams.
No bump or flutters yet. First time mama here.
