Sleep regression?

What did your baby’s 4 month regression look like?? Either my son is starting his or he’s not adjusting well to me being back at work this week.

Our boy would sleep for 8-10 hours and as soon as I went back to work (he was about 3.5 months old) he was up again every 3 hours 😒!  It was dreadful! What helped him get back to sleeping all night (8-11 hours) was putting the crib in his own room and using the Ferber Method.  He goes down now with no issues.  We also have the sound machine playing.

After sleeping 6-7 hours at a go for about 6 weeks, he started waking up every 45 min to 2 hours. Sometimes, he would wake up for 3 hours. Sometimes, he would be able to fall back asleep. It lasted about 6 weeks for us. From then on, he became an early riser, waking anywhere between 4:30-6:15 AM. It is painful, but I’ve gotten used to it.
