Baby moving so early?

Question

Has anyone felt movement as early as 14 weeks? It feels like little bubbles tapping away on my stomach and it last seconds- usually mid stomach off to my left? 
Second baby, 1st lost to late foetal miscarriage. I had flutters super late in my first, not til 19/20 weeks so I’m doubting that they are this early, but they feel familiar!

I felt movement at 14 weeks with both my pregnancies.  Felt kicks at 17 weeks and kicks could be felt from the outside by 20 weeks.

That early, if you are feeling the pregnancy you’d feel it way down low, not higher up in the abdomen

I felt the first little flutters at 14 weeks this time 😊 I didn’t feel my first two until after 16-17 weeks so it’s very possible.
