Tylenol extra strength ?

I suffer from migraines and I’ve been having a lot of them lately... I’ve been taking Tylenol extra strength (1,000 mg) here and there ... is this safe? I’m 6 weeks and 5 days.

Overall that can be taken, as long as you just make sure you stay within the recommended dosage range. 
BUT, my OB wanted me to avoid medications the first 12 weeks and to call them for instructions if I felt like I needed to take something. I would call your OB and see if they have the same requirements.
