Keto ? What kind of diet is keto ?

I’ve never heard of keto before , can someone explain this diet please ??

Low carb, high HEALTHY fats and moderate protein.

Not high protein. It’s a high fat diet. It forces your body into ketosis which then burns fat. Idk there’s science behind it and from what I read the diet is horrible bad for you butttttt I’m no expert and it’s REALLLLLY popular so I’ll probably get attacked for saying it’s unhealthy😂

Where have you been, hiding under a rock? Lol jk I keep seeing keto diet to.. something like high protein low to no carbs. Lots of people having great fast results.

High fat low carb diet. Can’t have sugar and you have to check your urine for ketones with strips. I am not on the diet my 7 year old is because she had bad seizures and it’s working for her.
