I got implantation bleeding the day of my expected period and didn’t think anything of it because it was exactly like my period. 2 days later I decided to take a pregnancy test because I had a dream I was pregnant and it was positive 😂

Didn't have an implantation bleeding, only about 20% have an implantation bleeding. But if you did you should be able to get a positive test after 2 days.
